Graveside services for Betty Sue Brown, age 70, are scheduled for 11:30 a.m. Friday August 27, 2004, at Christ Church Cemetery with Rev. Al Duncan officiating. Mrs. Brown, a resident of Bastrop, died August 24, 2004, at Morehouse General Hospital. Visitation will be held Friday at Golden Funeral Home from 10 - 11 a.m.
She is survived by a son, Jerry Freeland; and a brother, Clifford Nelson.
She is preceded in death by her husband, Ollie Lee Brown.
Mrs. Brown had resided at Hickory Manor Nursing Home since 1979.
