Obituary of Robbie Lee Graves Tomlin

Funeral services for Mrs. Robbie Lee Graves Tomlin, age 75, are scheduled for 10 a.m. Saturday, January 10, 2015 at the chapel of Golden Funeral Home with Rev. Kyle Peters officiating. Interment will follow in Pine Grove Baptist Cemetery. Visitation will be held Friday from 5-8 p.m. at Golden Funeral Home. Mrs. Tomlin, a resident of Bastrop, passed away Wednesday, January 7, 2015. She is preceded in death by her parents, Robert and Addie Lee Graves; sister, Annie Mae Graves; and granddaughter, Abrah Meredith Morris. She is survived by her husband, Jerry Tomlin; children, Vickie Morris and husband Mark of Bastrop, LA, Don Tomlin and wife Erica of Mayflower, AR, Jimmy Kendall of Paris, AR, Shannon Yelverton of Brandon, MS; grandchildren, Meghan Morris, Korey Morris, Donnie Tomlin, Dakota Tomlin, Dylan Stephens, Jackson Stephens; siblings, Erna Faye DeVille of Bastrop, LA, Wiley Graves and wife Willie of Sterlington, LA; and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends. Mrs. Tomlin was very involved at Cherry Ridge Baptist Church, where she kept the nursery for many years. She was a Loving wife, mother, and grandmother. Serving as pallbearers will be Lynn Sanders, Truman Hough, Sherman Thompson, Allen DeVille, Mark Graves, and Jon Akers. Honorary pallbearers will be Jerry DeVille and Jerry Daniels. The family would like to thank Dr. Carter Cox, Jr. and the staff of Cherry Ridge Nursing Home for all of their care and support.
