Funeral services for Mr. Jerry Wayne Lingefelt, Sr., age 66, are scheduled for 2:00 p.m. Saturday, February 21, 2015 in the chapel of Golden Funeral Home. Visitation will be held Friday, February 20, 2015 from 5:00 p.m. - 7:00 p.m. at the funeral home.
Mr. Lingefelt, Chief Engineer at Marquette Transportation, passed away Wednesday, February 18, 2015.
He is survived by his daughter, Tina R. Lingefelt Davis; sons, Jerry Wayne Lingefelt, Jr. and wife Shelia, Jimmy Wayne Lingefelt, Sr. and fiancee' Wanda Anderson; sisters, Patricia Strange, Mary Lilly, Betty Hodge, Shirley McKeithen, Sheila McPherson, Elizabeth Morgan; brothers, Henry Lingefelt, Tommy Lingefelt, Crafton Lingefelt; nine grandchildren and fifteen great grandchildren.
Mr. Lingefelt is preceded in death by his wife, Lila P. Lingefelt; his parents, Henry and Betsy Lingefelt; sisters, Barbara Tony, Louise Nordyke and brother, James Lingefelt.
