Obituary of Faye Chappell Turner

Funeral services for Mrs. Faye Chappell Turner, age 88, of Bastrop, LA are scheduled for 2 p.m. Wednesday, June 24, 2015 at Harmony Baptist Church with Rev. Allan Eppinette officiating under the direction of Golden Funeral Home. Interment will follow in Memorial Park Cemetery. Mrs. Turner, a charter member of Harmony Baptist Church, passed away Monday, June 22, 2015. She loved and enjoyed her family, children and grandchildren. She is survived by her daughter, Sharon Echols and husband Chuck of Bastrop, LA; son, Ronald Turner of Bastrop, LA; sister, Doris Cater of Winona, TX, seven grandchildren, nine great grandchildren and three great, great grandchildren. Mrs. Turner is preceded in death by her husband, Cubee Turner; daughter, Alice Turner Brown; granddaughter, Taisha Hicks and great grandson, Aaron Hicks. Visitation will be held Wednesday, June 24, 2015 from 1 p.m. - 2 p.m. at the church.
