Obituary of Joe Randal

Funeral services for Mr. Joe Randal, age 57, will be held Sunday, June 28, 2015, at 2 PM in the Chapel of Golden Funeral Home. Interment will follow in Memorial Park Cemetery under the direction of Golden Funeral Home. Mr. Randal, a resident of Collinston, LA and a chief engineer, passed away Wednesday, June 24, 2015. Mr. Randal enjoyed fishing and spending time with his grandchildren, and loved his dog Ray. Mr. Randal worked on a tug boat for thirteen years and had a lot of family and friends. Mr. Randal is preceded in death by his mother, Bessie Garrett; and father, Cecil Randal. Mr. Randal is survived by two daughters, JoAnn Randal of Columbia, LA, Kelli Randal Herzog and husband Nick; two step-daughters, Jessica Wooley, Rachel Coleman; one step-son, Michael Moak; one sister, Ernestine Patton; one brother, Billie Jean Patton; and nine grandchildren, Taylen Jarrell, Jantz Jarrell, Colin Herzog, Cayden Herzog, Chase Wooley, Allison Wooley, Kaitlyn Wooley, Leah Rugg, and Trevor Rugg. The family will receive friends Saturday from 5 PM until 7 PM at Golden Funeral Home.
