Obituary of Mary Edwardine Hunt

Funeral services for Mrs. Mary Edwardine Hunt, age 85, are schedule for 10 AM Monday, July 20, 2015 at Golden Funeral Home with Bro. Tim Post and Rev. John White officiating. Interment will follow in Memorial Park Cemetery under the direction of Golden Funeral Home. Visitation will be held Sunday, July 19, 2015 from 2 PM until 4 PM at Golden Funeral Home. Mrs. Hunt, a faithful member of Bonita Baptist Church and retired postal worker, passed away Thursday, July 16, 2015, in Monroe, LA. She is survived by her daughter, Mary Ann Hunt-Sartori; grandchildren, Jason M. Sartori, Mary Denise Sartori-Garcia, Christopher P. Sartori, Nikki Neatherland Thompson; great grandchildren, Rebecca Ann Garcia, Madilyn Grace Garcia, and Mason Ryan Thompson. Mrs. Hunt is preceded in death by her husband, Benton B. Hunt; son, Mike Hunt; grandson, Andrew Hunt; parents, Edward and Mittye Simms Lovette. Serving as pallbearers will be, Jason M. Sartori, Christopher P. Sartori, Johnny Garcia, Billy Hunt, Lynn Sanders, and Doug Ober. Memorials may be made to Bonita Baptist Church or St. Jude Children's Hospital.
