Obituary of Tracy Burnson

Graveside funeral services for Ms. Tracy Burnson are scheduled for 2 PM, Sunday, April 24, 2016, at Highland Park Cemetery, Sicily Island, LA, with Rev. B.J. Smith officiating under the direction of Golden Funeral Home of Bastrop. Visitation will take place at the funeral home from 10 AM until 12 noon, Sunday, April 24, 2016. Ms. Burnson, age sixty-seven, and a retired registered nurse, passed away on Thursday, April 21, 2016. She was a resident of Mer Rouge, LA and a member of Faith Baptist Church. She is preceded in death by her parents. Her passions were, God first, family and friends, fishing whenever she could, and playing games on the computer. She is survived by her daughter, Kim Johnese and husband Paul, of Vidalia, LA; best friend and care-giver, Debbie Graham of Mer Rouge; brothers, John Clyde Glover and wife Peggy, of Willis, TX, and Ed Glover of Pineville, LA; grandchildren, Kayla Murray, of Alaska, and Morgan Johnese, of Vidalia, LA; great-grandchild, Augest Murray; and many nieces and nephews. Serving the family as pallbearers will be Woody Trichell, Gary Hamilton, Billy Glover, Nick Johnese, Jake Morace, and Tal Prince.
