Funeral services for Mrs. Ramona Crabtree, 84, of Bastrop, LA are scheduled for 1 PM Wednesday, November 23, 2016 in the chapel of Golden Funeral Home with Rev. Cecil Gregory officiating. Interment will follow in Memorial Park Cemetery.
Mrs. Crabtree, a homemaker and member of Cherry Ridge Baptist Church, passed away Sunday, November 20, 2016. She was married to J.H. "Shorty" Crabtree for sixty-five years. Mrs. Crabtree loved her yard work, visiting and talking to people, and most of all, she loved life and her Lord.
She is survived by her daughters, Tonia Crabtree, Annis Prescott and husband Ron; grandchildren, Joe Higginbotham and Liz Bohle, Ashton McIntyre and wife Christina, Chris Cathey, Jr. and wife Shan; great grandchildren, Alexis Higginbotham, Jocelyn Bohle, Braelyn Bohle, Luke McIntyre, Anna Faith McIntyre, Trinity Cathey, London Cathey, Parker Cathey and C.J. Franklin; sister, Sue Graham; brother, Ralph Kinnaird and wife Wanda; sister-in-law, Lorene Kinnaird.
Mrs. Crabtree is preceded in death by her parents, Booster and Kate Kinnaird; husband, the love of her life, J.H. "Shorty" Crabtree and brother, Alvin Kinnaird.
Serving the family as pallbearers are; Ralph Kinnaird, Venoy Kinnaird, Bill Tull, Randy Watts, James Newton Kinnaird and Bruce Kinnaird.
Visitation will be held Tuesday, November 22, 2016 from 5 - 7 PM at Goldens.
