Obituary of Betty Ann Brown

Funeral services for Mrs. Betty Ann Brown, age 69, are scheduled for 2 PM Sunday, November 12, 2017 at Bastrop United Pentecostal Church with Rev. A.J. Fulton and Rev. Dwight Fulton officiating. Interment will follow in Memorial Park Cemetery under the direction of Golden Funeral Home. Visitation will be held Saturday, November 11 from 5 PM - 7 PM at Bastrop United Pentecostal Church.

Mrs. Brown, a retired school bus driver, was a member of Bastrop United Pentecostal Church. She loved her husband and her family dearly. Her church was a big part of her life and she cherished her time there. Her love of family, church family and friends, she was the life of the party during her life.
  
She is survived by her husband of almost 50 years, Allen Brown; daughter, Angela Morris and husband Shane of Bastrop, LA; son, Allen Brown of Bastrop, LA; sister, Clara Malloy of Hot Springs, AR; brother, Roy E. Riles of Bastrop, LA; grandchildren, Victoria Ragsdale and husband Caleb, Allen Brown III “Little Man” and Allisa Brown; great grandchildren, Paisley Ragsdale and Hunter Ragsdale, due in January.

Mrs. Brown is preceded in death by her parents, Roy H. And Flossie Riles.

Serving as pallbearers will be Parker Patrick, Benny Odom, David Barton, Jason McKoin, Shane Goleman, Blake Thomas, Donnie Paxton, Josh Brown and Dylan Riley.
