Mr. Whiteside, a personal trainer, passed away, Thursday, December 14, 2017. He was a 2016 graduate of University of Louisiana Monroe and 2010 graduate of Union Christian Academy of Farmerville, LA. He had a huge heart for all people and especially his family. His nephews and niece were the joy of his life. As a personal trainer, he loved helping others achieve their personal fitness goals.

Tyler is a child of the King. He loved his heavenly Father and encouraged others to live for Him. Even though raised in church and taught the Bible from day one, he came to truly know the Lord this past summer. His favorite verse of scripture was John 14:6, Jesus said unto him, "I am the way, and the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father except through me."

He is survived by his parents, Bro. Wayne and Sheri Whiteside; grandparents, Jim and Lanelle Hutchison of Monroe, LA, David and Juanita Ellis of Omaha, TX; sister, Christi Fox and Michael of West Monroe, LA; nephews, Michael, Samuel, Daniel and Caleb Fox; niece, Aly Mae Fox; numerous aunts, uncles and cousins.

The family asks that memorial contributions be made to St. Jude Childrens Home at 501 St Jude Place Memphis, TN 38105 or Inn Ministries at P.O. Box 2327, West Monroe, LA 71294.
