The Griffin family wishes to express our heartfelt thanks to Dr. John Coats for his continuous care of our beloved mom. His kindness, patience, and caring ways will always be remembered.

We would also like to thank those at Oak Woods, who worked diligently to give mom care, especially, the CMS’s who cared for "Granny" daily.

The entire family would like to thank Terry Lynn Votaw (Granddaughter) for being there when we could not. You made "Granny" laugh and you pushed her to be "up and going". Thank you from the bottom of our hearts for always being there.
