Obituary of Julia Felder

A memorial service for Ms. Julia Felder, age 62, of Bastrop, LA, is scheduled for 2 p.m. Friday, April 4, 2025 at Hillview Freewill Baptist Church with Bros. Bruce Culp and David Cooke officiating. Visitation will be held from 1 p.m. until 2 p.m. Friday at the church. Ms. Felder, a custodial manager at ULM for over 10 years, passed away March 18, 2025. She loved her family and friends dearly. She is survived by her; mother, Delores Setser; brother, Edward Ray Setser and wife Rochelle; nephew, Daniel Setser and wife Chelsea; niece, Tiffany Setser and her children, Madilyn, Addison, Hunter; cousin, Kevin Sweat and his daughter, Lexie Sweat; her daughters, Sophia Brown and Lilliana Brown; cousin, Steven Sweat and wife Susan and their children, Justin Sweat and Ryleigh Sweat; and Julia’s best friends, Dana Ellis and Keith Hughes. Ms. Felder is preceded in death by her father, Edward Setser and aunt, Peggy Rose Cooke.
