Obituary of Ollileen "Ollie" Edison

Ollileen “Ollie” Edison, a resident of Bastrop, LA, passed away Sunday, September 14, 2025, at the age of sixty-three. She was a loving wife, mother, and grandmother who had a love for animals, playing cards, and truck driving. Truck driving was her passion, having led to her meeting the love of her life, Greg, where they then continued their truck driving journeys together. Mrs. Edison was known for having a big heart and always being willing to help others. She enjoyed cooking for her family every time they had a family gathering. Mrs. Edison will be deeply missed by her family and all those who had the pleasure of knowing her. She is survived by her husband of thirty-five years, Greg Edison; daughter, Cansis Gray; granddaughter, Cadence Gray; sister, Patricia Bagby; and numerous nieces and nephews. Mrs. Edison is preceded in death by her parents, Oral and Alma Bagby; brothers, Glenn Bagby and James Bagby; sister, Deborah Ketten; and nephew, Tony Tilton. Memorial services for Mrs. Ollileen Edison will be scheduled at a later date.
