Obituary of Lynn "Pee Wee" DeForest, Sr.

Lynn "Pee Wee" DeForest, Sr. passed away on Wednesday October 15, 2025, at the age of 81. He is survived by his wife, Shirlene Morris DeForest; daughter, Cheri DeForest of White House, Tn; son, Lynn "Doyle" DeForest, Jr. (Ronda Reed) of New Orleans; grandchildren, Isabella DeForest Gautreau (Randen), Paxton DeForest (Conner Hefner), Anthony Mancada, Joleigh LeBlanc; great granddaughter, Eloise Gautreau; step-son, Dathan Phillips (Kandee) of West Monroe, step-daughter, Brittney Lataxes (Jeremy) of West Monroe; step-grandchildren, Maggie Phillips, Trent Phillips and Lillian Lataxes. He is preceded in death by his parents, Elmer and Sarah Virginia Smith DeForest; brother Neal DeForest and sister-in-law Becky Pierce DeForest.
