Obituary of Betty Louise Bolding Nichols

Graveside funeral services for Mrs. Betty Louise Bolding Nichols, age 93, are scheduled for 11 AM Monday, November 24, 2025 at Old Lapile Cemetery, Huttig, AR. Mrs. Nichols, retired secretary at Bolding Auto Body, passed away Thursday, November 20, 2025. She was a member of Memorial Methodist Church of Bastrop. She loved to sew, read and she especially loved her cats. She will always be remembered as a kind, sweet lady, who never met a stranger. She is survived by her sons, Marvin Bolding and wife Peggy, Mark Bolding and wife Bonnie; grandchildren, Brandon Loveday and wife Misty, Angela McGraw and husband Danny, Marisa Pickering, Phillip Bolding; step-grandchildren, Tammy Sowyers and husband Tommy, Shawn Blackard, Cindy Scroggins and husband Bo; nine great grandchildren, 6 great great grandchildren and a host of nieces, nephews and extended family. Mrs. Nichols is preceded in death by her parents, Roy and Elizabeth Graham; husbands, Marvin Carroll Bolding and Z.W. Nichols; children, Martha Bolding Gordon and Marshall Bolding; grandson, Martin Bolding and great grandsons, Owen Loveday and Cody Cason.
