Funeral services for Mrs. Judy Marsh Wheaton are scheduled for 2 PM, Tuesday, November 25, 2025, in the chapel of Golden Funeral Home with Bro. Tim Post officiating. Interment will follow in the New Hope Cemetery in Jones, LA. A time of visitation with the family will precede the service beginning at 1 PM.
Mrs. Wheaton passed away Wednesday, November 19, 2025 at the age of sixty-eight. She held her family as the love of her heart and loved spending time with them, and with her fur baby, R.J. She enjoyed being outdoors and working in her yard for as long as her health allowed.
Mrs. Wheaton is preceded in death by her husband of thirty-two years, Daniel Wheaton and her parents Clyde and Earlene Marsh.
Those left to cherish her memory are her daughter, Temple Gray; sons, Jay Wheaton, and wife M.J., and Jeffrey Wheaton, and wife Jennifer; brothers, Ricky Marsh, and wife Linda, Donny Marsh, and wife Ruth, and Tommy Marsh, and wife Robin; grandchildren, Dylan Gorman, Ben Gray, Jacob Wylie, Jordyn Martin, Justin Martin, Julianna Wheaton, and Chandler Gorman.
Serving the family as pallbearers are Chandler Gorman, Shane Gorman, Jacob Wylie, Rusty Travis, Robert Fugate, and Zack Marsh.
