Funeral services for Mattie F. Crow ,78, of Downsville, LA, formerly of Bastrop, were held at 10 a.m. Friday, March 19,2004, at the Golden Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Robert Spicer officiating. Interment was in the Carter Cemetery in Collinston.
Mrs. Crow is survived by one sister, Lavern Rushing of West Monroe; two nieces, Mary Lynn Humphries of West Monroe and Carol J. Rushing of Houston,TX; two nephews, Troy Rushing of Baxley,GA, and Bruce Rushing of Downsville, LA; also numerous great and great great nieces and nephews. She is preceded in death by her husband E.A. Crow.
Serving as pallbearers were Brandon Humphries,Steve Humphries, Glen Humphries, William Causey and Bruce Rushing.
