Obituary of James Hadley

Funeral services for James H. Hadley, age 75, of Bastrop, are scheduled for 3 p.m. Tuesday July 13, 2004, at the Golden Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Charles Carter officiating. Burial will follow in Mulhearn Memorial Park Cemetery in Monroe. Visitation will be from 1-3 p.m. on Tuesday at Goldens. Mr. Hadley, a retired Union Pacific Railroad employee, died July 10, 2004, at Morehouse General Hospital. He was an Army veteran of the Korean War and a member of the American Legion.
Mr. Hadley is survived by his wife, Ann Hadley; two sons, James Mark Hadley & wife Margie Seymour Hadley of Sterlington and Michael Brian Hadley of Bastrop; three brothers, W.C. Hadley of Tyler, AL, Freddie Hadley of Baton Rouge, Huey Hadley of Calhoun; three grandchildren, James Mitchell Hadley, William Matthew Hadley & wife Lindsay, Sarah Elizabeth Hadley; great grandchild, Shannon Louise Hadley.
Mr. Hadley is preceded in death by his parents, Mack Hadley & Jessie Mae Martin; and three brothers, Joe Hadley, Dan Ryals, Robie Hadley.
Serving as pallbearers will be Willie Hadley, William Hadley, Mitch Hadley, Bill Nunnaly, Jr., Thomas Richard and Jonathan Wilson.
