Patricia Louine "Lou" Martin Ritchey, age 57, was born February 18, 1956 in Hodge, LA. She passed away Friday, September 27, 2013 at her residence. She is survived by her husband of 39 years, Robert Wayne Ritchey, Sr.; oldest son, Robert Wayne Ritchey, Jr. "Bert"; daughters, Bridgitte Ritchey Holmes and husband Brian, Brandi Ritchey Wyatt and husband Justin, and baby boy William Martin Ritchey "Bill"; the loves of her life, her grandchildren, Kiersten and Britain Ritchey, Xander and Madde Wyatt, and Hunter Holmes; sister, Brenda Manos and husband Rev. Joseph Manos of Santa Rosa, CA; brother, Rev, Milton Otto Martin, Jr. and wife Leona of Chalmette, LA; numerous nieces, nephews, great nieces, great nephews, and other extended family who were all so very special to Aunt Lou Lou.
She is preceded in death by both of her parents, Milton Otto Martin, Sr. and Joyce Aline Martin.
Patricia, known as Momma Lou to most who met her, loved life. She played the piano beautifully and had a singing voice that was obviously God given. She attended Faith Chapel in West Monroe, LA.
Funeral services are scheduled for 10 AM Wednesday, October 2, 2013 at Victory Tabernacle Church in Bastrop, LA, with Rev. Otto Martin III and Rev. Kevin Sanders officiating. Interment will follow in Welcome Home Cemetery in Grayson, LA, officiated by Rev. Joseph Manos, under the direction of Golden Funeral Home. Visitation will be held Tuesday, October 1, from 5 PM until 8 PM at Golden Funeral Home.
Serving as pallbearers will be, Justin Wyatt, Brian Holmes, David Froust, Earl Craft, Christopher Moody, Joseph Dale Manos II, Terry Wyatt, and Joseph Dale Manos III.
