Obituary of Charles "W.W." Walter Wren

Graveside funeral services for Mr. Charles "W.W." Walter Wren, 82, of Bastrop, LA are scheduled for 2 p.m. Sunday, May 25, 2008 at Christ Church Cemetery with Rev. William Fowler officiating. Visitation will be held from 9 a.m. until 1 p.m. on Sunday at Golden Funeral Home. Mr. Wren, a retired paint and bodyman with the Casey Marus and Charles Wright body shops, passed away Tuesday, May 20, 2008 at his residence. He is survived by his wife, Frances H. Wren; two daughters, Patricia Calcote and husband Gary of Napa, CA, Ruby Francis and husband John of Livermore, CA; son, Charles Wayne Wren and wife Bea of Memphis, TN; four step children, Jessie Clyde Shoemaker of Tuscon, AZ, Holly Rogers of Ridgeland, MS, Richard Shoemaker of Connellsville, PA, Toni Foster of Beekman, LA; eighteen grandchildren; fifteen great grandchildren and five great great grandchildren. Mr. Wren is preceded in death by his parents, Jacob Charles and Cynthia Mae Wren.
