Obituary of Ruthie Kilpatrick Reynolds

Funeral services for Mrs. Ruthie Kilpatrick Reynolds, age 91, of Bastrop, LA, are scheduled for 10 a.m. Monday, November 25, 2013 at First Church of God with Revs. Dalyn Helbling and Henry Stone officiating. Interment will follow in Memorial Park Cemetery under the direction of Golden Funeral Home. Visitation will be held from 4 p.m. until 6 p.m. Sunday at Golden Funeral Home. Mrs. Reynolds, a homemaker and member of First Church of God, passed away Friday, November 22, 2013 at Oakwoods Home for the Elderly in Mer Rouge. She loved singing, dancing and traveling. Mrs. Reynolds is survived by three daughters, Janet Reynolds Walker and husband Bill of Brandon, FL, Diane Reynolds James and husband Paul of Bastrop, LA, Beverly Reynolds Harris and husband Donny of Hot Springs, AR; two sons, Gary Reynolds and wife Evonne of Bastrop, LA, Barry Reynolds and wife Sandra of Keithville, LA; thirteen grandchildren and numerous great and great great grandchildren. She is preceded in death by her husband Ellis Reynolds; sisters, Corrine Cawthorn, Lodis Tait, Claribel Coody, Ruby Holly, Estelle Scott and a granddaughter, Scarlett Walker.
