Funeral services for Annie Lee Swinford, 81, of Bastrop, LA are scheduled for 1 PM Friday, July 16, 2004 at Calvary Baptist Church in Tullos, LA with the Rev. Louis Couch officiating. Burial will follow in Calvary Baptist Church Cemetery, Tullos, LA under the direction of Golden Funeral Home.
Mrs. Swinford, a homemaker and member of Maplewood Baptist Church, died Wednesday, July 14, 2004 at Morehouse General Hospital.
She is survived by daughter, Mary Brown of Bastrop, LA; thirteen grandchildren, Charles Hudson, Everett Sanchez, James Sisk, Jr., Mary Harris, Kenneth Sisk, Chris Sisk, Ann Evans, Edward Evans, Dana Duplissey, Dawna Kitchens, Darla Leonard, Quincy Evans, Wilbur Evans; twenty-seven great grandchildren and fourteen great great grandchildren.
She is preceded in death by her husband, Red Swinson; son, Burley Evans; grandson, Johnny Hudson; great grandson, Adam Wise and three brothers.
Pallbearers will be Mary Harris, Patricia Sisk,
Visitation will be Thursday, July 15, 2004 from 9am until 5 pm at Golden Funeral Home.
