Obituary of Edna Mae Goleman Mayberry

Funeral services for Mrs. Edna Mae Goleman Mayberry, age 87, are scheduled for 2 p.m. Tuesday, November 26, 2013 at First United Pentecostal Church with Rev. Dwight Fulton officiating. Interment will follow in Memorial Park Cemetery. Visitation will be held Monday from 5-8 p.m. at Golden Funeral Home.
Mrs. Mayberry, a homemaker and resident of Bastrop, passed away Sunday, November 24, 2013. She was a member of First United Pentecostal Church.
She is preceded in death by her husband, Alonzo Mayberry; daughter, Sherry Ann Mayberry; infant son, David Mayberry; father, James Robert Goleman, Sr.; mother, Nora Mae Goleman Perkins; and four brothers, J.W. Goleman, Harvey Goleman, Webster Goleman, and Clifton Harrison.
Mrs. Mayberry is survived by two brothers, James Goleman and wife Jean of Bastrop, LA, O.C. Goleman and wife Marie of Portland, OR; and numerous nieces and nephews.
serving as pallbearers will be Jim Goleman, Chris Thompson, T.J. Goleman, Jim Garner, and Eddie Gorden.
