Obituary of Clara Mixon Barile

Graveside funeral services for Clara Mixon Barile, age 80, are scheduled for 10 a.m. Saturday, June 21, 2008 at Christ Church Cemetery with Jeremy Streeter officiating. Visitation will be held Friday from 7-8 p.m. at Golden Funeral Home. Ms. Barile, a resident of Bastrop, passed away Wednesday, June 18, 2008 at St. Francis North Hospital. She was a retired dietary specialist and homemaker. She is preceded in death by her parents, John S. Mixon and Ruby Mixon. She is survived by four children, Michael A. Barile of Bastrop, LA, Jeanine Barile Streeter & husband Wesley Streeter, Jr. of Bastrop, LA, Laverne Gandelman of Branford, CT, Wayne Barile & wife Sue Barile of Manchester, CT; three sisters, Ethel Martin of Bastrop, LA, Johnnie Lorene Kinnaird of Bastrop, LA, Laverne McDougald of Sulpher, LA; and six grandchildren.
