Funeral services for Mr. W. Allen Reitzell, 50, of Bastrop are scheduled for 1 PM Monday, June 30, 2008 at the chapel of Golden Funeral Home with Rev. Danny Crumley and Rev. Britt Dupree officiating. Interment will follow in Memorial Park Cemetery.
Mr. Reitzell, a retired construction worker and United States Navy veteran, passed away Tuesday, June 24, 2008 at Union General Hospital.
He is survived by his fiancee', Deborah Sivils; mother, Lillian Reitzell of Bastrop; daughters, Melanie Brown of Texarkana,AR, Brandi Jeffers of Crossett, AR; son, Jaden Sivils and wife Lynn of Virginia; three grandchildren, Justin Brown, Alexis Fratesi and Gatlin Mitchell.
Mr. Reitzell is preceded in death by his father, Pete Reitzell.
Serving as pallbearers will be Byron Swayze, Jerre Hurst, Woodie Woodson, Wesley Sullivan, Jason Freeland and Fred Atkins.
Visitation will be held Sunday, June 29, 2008 from 5 PM until 8 PM at Golden Funeral Home.
