Graveside services for Jack Higgins, 78, of Bastrop, will be at 3:30 PM Tuesday, November 29, 2005 at Memorial Park Cemetery with the Rev. J.T. Wheat officiating, under the direction of Golden Funeral Home.
Mr. Higgins, a retired employee with International Paper Company, passed away Sunday, November 27, 2005 at his residence.
Jack is survived by his wife, Omah Stallings Higgins; three daughters, Jackie Lynn Higgins of Florida, Sheila Ann Baggett & husband Bob of Guntersville, AL, Oma Jean Higgins of Farmerville, LA; two brothers, Albert Marvin Higgins, Jr. of Tallulah, LA, William Higgins of Kilbourne, LA; and a granddaughter, Meridith Shrader of Alabama.
Mr. Higgins is preceded in death by his parents, Mr. & Mrs. A.M. Higgins and two brothers.
Visitation will be Tuesday, November 29, 2005 from 12 noon to 3 PM at Golden Funeral Home.
