Obituary of Violet "Mooters" White

Funeral services for Mrs. Violet "Mooters" White, age 75, of Bastrop, LA are scheduled for 2 PM Saturday, February 15, 2014 at Harmony Baptist Church with Rev. Allan Eppinette officiating. Interment will follow in LA-ARK Cemetery under the direction of Golden Funeral Home.
Mrs. White, an employee of General Motors and a Home Health Aide, passed away Wednesday, February 12, 2014. She was a member of Harmony Baptist Church and the Order of the Eastern Star. Mrs. White loved to work in her yard, taking care of her grandbabies and going to church.
She is survived by her daughter, Kim White of Bastrop, LA; sister, Shirley Lundquist of Everette, WA; grandchildren, Don Honaker, Sarah Wilkerson and husband Ryan, Jacob Witcher and great grandson, Tristan Wilkerson.
Mrs. White is preceded in death by her husband, Oscar White; granddaughter, Grace Witcher; parents, Delia and Eric Lundquist and several brothers and sisters.
Pallbearers will be; Tyler Eckhardt, Jimmy White, Colin White, Jacob Witcher, Chris Wellbrink, Garrett Doles and Ryan Wilkerson. Honorary pallbearers will be; Perry Hunt, Jerry Neathery and Brandon Eppinette.
Visitation will be held Friday, February 14, 2014 from 5 PM - 8 PM at Harmony Baptist Church.
