Funeral services for Eva Jo Savage, age 84, are scheduled for 10 a.m. Monday, July 14, 2008 at the Chapel of Golden Funeral Home with Rev. Marty Black officiating. Interment will follow in Memorial Park Cemetery.
Ms. Savage, a retired L.P.N., passed away Saturday, July 12, 2008 at Summerlin Lane Nursing Home. She was a resident of Bastrop and attended Bonita Road Baptist Church.
She is survived by two daughters, Audrey Jo Savage Boyd and husband Bobby W. and Deborah Savage, both of Bastrop, LA; one son, Omer Lee Savage, Sr. and wife Jennifer of Monroe, LA; daughter-in-law, Jonette Reynolds Savage of Bastrop, LA; nine grandchildren and numerous great grandchildren.
Ms. Savage is preceded in death by a son, Volin Russell Savage, Jr.; her parents and two brothers.
Visitation will be held Sunday from 5-9 p.m. at Goldens.
