Graveside services for Mr. John Calvin Johnson, age 57, will be held at 10 a.m. Saturday, May 24, 2014 at Memorial Park Cemetery with Rev. Todd Wooden officiating under the direction of Golden Funeral Home.
Mr. Johnson, a resident of Mer Rouge, LA, passed away Wednesday, May 21, 2014 at his residence. Mr. Johnson was a carpenter for 30 years. Mr. Johnson is preceded in death by his father, John H. Johnson; and sister Elizabeth Ann.
Mr. Johnson is survived by his mother, Dorothy Johnson of Mer Rouge, LA; children, John Johnson and wife Kristy of Bastrop, LA, Nickalaus Johnson and wife April of Bastrop, LA; brothers, Michael W. Johnson and wife Lisa of Bastrop, LA, Grady Johnson of West Monroe, LA; and grandchildren, Holleigh Johnson, Brooklyn Johnson, and Austin Johnson.
The family will receive friends from 5 p.m. to 7 p.m. Friday at Golden Funeral Home.
