Obituary of Paul Wade Jackson

Graveside funeral services for Mr. Paul Wade "Pee Wee" Jackson, age 43, are scheduled for Sunday, May 25, 2014 at 3 PM at Carter Cemetery, Bastrop, LA. Officiating the service will be Rev. Joey Kennedy. Mr. Jackson, a construction worker, was a native of Bastrop, LA and a resident of Andalusia, AL. He passed away Saturday, May 17, 2014 in Inverness, FL. He was an avid fisherman and loved to hunt. Survivors include his mother, Nora Lusby Ray of Mer Rouge, LA; father, Gene Jackson and wife Wanda of Andalusia, AL; daughter, Ashley Norris and husband Casey "Tater"; grandchildren, Zander and Remi of Start, LA; sons, Austin Vaughn and Will Vaughn of Bayou Pigeon, LA; brothers, Quinton Jackson and wife April of Mer Rouge, La and Gene Jackson of Andalusia, AL; step-siblings, Jimmy White and Michelle Eppinette; and numerous nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his grandparents, Frank and Evie Lee Lusby, and Roy and Myrtle Jackson; step-father Duane Ray; and a brother James Wayland Jackson. Pallbearers are Jason Gray, Barry Thibodeau, Bobby Ray, Cody Mann, Calvin Lusby, and Bubba Thomas. Visitation will be Sunday, May 25, 2014, from 1 PM until 2:15 PM at Golden Funeral Home.
