Obituary of Jr. Arthur

Funeral services for Mr. Andrew Dee Arthur, Jr., 67, of Beekman, LA are scheduled for 10 a.m. Wednesday, August 27, 2008 at the Chapel of Golden Funeral Home with Rev. Jimmy Herring officiating. Burial will follow in Stevenson Cemetery. Visitation will be held from 5 p.m. until 9 p.m. Tuesday, August 26, 2008 at Goldens. Mr. Arthur, a retired instrumental electrician with International Paper Company and U.S. Navy veteran of the Vietnam War, passed away Monday, August 25, 2008 at his residence. He was a member of American Legion Post #51. He is survived by his wife, Connie Bryan Arthur; mother; Pauline Arthur of Bastrop, LA; two daughters, Angel Letterino and husband Greg of Bastrop, LA, Jennifer Bush and husband Stephen of Bastrop, LA; two sons, Tony Arthur of Bastrop, LA, Jon Arthur of Bastrop, LA; brother, Garry Don Arthur of Bastrop, LA and eight grandchildren, Brendee, A.J., Kyler, Kolby, Kaleb, Kaylee, Lauren and Madison. Mr. Arthur is preceded in death by his father, Andrew Arthur, Sr. and a brother, Charles William Arthur.
