Obituary of Lottie Dell Priest

Graveside funeral services for Lottie Dell Priest are scheduled for 11 a.m. Thursday, September 11, 2008 at Christ Church Cemetery with Rev. Phillip McCready officiating. Visitation will be held Wednesday from 5-7 p.m. at Golden Funeral Home. Mrs. Priest, age 91, passed away Monday, September 8, 2008 at St. Francis North Hospital in Monroe. She was a resident of Bastrop and a retired International Paper Company employee. She was a member of Central Missionary Baptist Church. She is preceded in death by her husband, Earl Priest; two sons, Donald Priest and Jerry Priest; six sisters and seven brothers. She is survived by four grandchildren, Tammy Lowrey and husband David, Tracy Maxwell and husband Russell, Jimmy Don Priest and wife Tommie, Jackie Priest and wife Susie; seven great grandchildren, Samuel Lowrey, Heath Maxwell and wife Torie, Ashley Maxwell, Chad Priest and wife Beth, Christine Priest, Mandy Lowrey Matthews and husband Michael, Kimberly Fallin; and five great great grandchildren, Ean Maxwell, Olivia Maxwell, Darby Priest, Madison Matthews, and Landon Matthews; daughter-in-law, Rae Priest; and several nieces and nephews.
