Graveside services for Geraldine Joan Brown Knox, 83, of Mer Rouge, LA will be held at 10 AM Saturday, December 31, 2005 at Pilgrim's Rest Cemetery in Bastrop with the Rev. Louis Couch officiating. Visitation will be held Saturday at Golden Funeral Home from 8 AM to 9 AM.
Ms. Knox a retired phone operator, passed away Sunday, December 25, 2005 at Richardson Medical Center in Rayville, LA.
She is survived by her daughter, Joycelyn Ramsey of Mer Rouge, LA; six grandchildren; numerous great grandchildren; and nine nieces & nephews.
Ms. Knox is preceded in death by her son, Thomas Almon Ramsey; mother, Almeda Parson Brown; sister, Katherine Carmen Lawson; and a brother, Jessie L. Brown, Sr.
