A memorial service for Mrs. Virginia L. Morris, 97, of Bastrop, La. has been scheduled for 2 p.m. Monday, Jan. 2, 2006 at the Chapel of Golden Funeral Home with Dr. Vic Carter officiating.
Mrs. Morris, a homemaker and member of Faith Baptist Church passed away December 28, 2005 at Summerlin Lane Nursing Home. She made her home in Lakeside, Oregon for many years before moving to Bastop.
She is survived by four daughters, Virginia Sylwestrzak of Oceanside, CA., Pat Johnson and husband Howard of Collinston, LA., Judy Magana and husband Paul of Palm Desert, CA., Jerri Von Otterstadt and husband Derek of Eugene, OR.; eighteen grandchildren; numerous great grandchildren and great great grandchildren.
Mrs. Morris is preceded in death by her husband, Earl Morris; son, Richard B. Johnson and great granddaughter, Lalena Reaume.
