Graveside funeral services for Mrs. Verna Hazel Mullins are scheduled for 2 p.m. Sunday, September 14, 2014 at Christ Church Cemetery with Rev. Bobby Porter officiating. Visitation will be held Saturday, September 13, 2014 from 5 p.m. until 8 p.m. at Golden Funeral Home.
Mrs. Mullins, a homemaker and resident of Bastrop, loved her family, taking care of her home and working in the yard caring for her flowers.
She is survived by her daughter, Joy Diane Mullins; son, Joseph Edward Mullins and wife Kim; grandchildren; great grandchildren; great great grandchildren and two sisters, Catherine Trotter and Mildred Walker.
Mrs. Mullins is preceded in death by her husband, Clyde Mullins and son, Kenneth Clyde Mullins.
