Graveside funeral services for Christopher Bruce White, age 50, are scheduled for 2 p.m. Friday, September 19, 2008 at Reeks Cemetery. Visitation will be held Thursday from 4-6 p.m. at Golden Funeral Home.
Mr. White, a resident of Bastrop, passed away Wednesday, September 17, 2008 at Morehouse General Hospital.
He is preceded in death by his mother, Ruby Nell Denton King White, and father, Eldred Lee White.
He is survived by four sisters, Ann King of Bastrop, Nell "Dinkie" Archer & husband Bill of Ferriday, Ruby J. Huber of Bastrop, Sharon Quick of Bastrop; nieces & nephews, Sarah Rucker, Monica Thurman, Kim Hampton, Torre Huber, Michael King, Christy Grubbs; numerous great nieces & nephews and great great nieces & nephews.
