Funeral services for Mrs. Barbara Ann Sears, 79, a homemaker and a resident of Bastrop, LA, are scheduled for 10 a.m. Monday, October 20, 2008 in the chapel of Golden Funeral Home with Rev. Joey Kennedy officiating. Interment will follow at Christ Church Cemetery under the direction of Golden Funeral Home.
Mrs. Sears was a member of White Avenue Baptist Church. She is preceded in death by her husband Norris H. Sears.
Mrs. Sears is survived by five children; eight grandchildren; and sixteen great grandchildren.
The family will receive friends Sunday from 3 p.m. until 5 p.m. at Golden Funeral Home.
