Obituary of Mary "Aggie" McCoy

Funeral services for Mrs. Mary "Aggie" McCoy are scheduled for 2 p.m. Tuesday, November 25, 2014 at the chapel of Golden Funeral Home with Rev. C.S. Cascio officiating. Interment will follow in Hughes Chapel Cemetery. Visitation will be held 5-8 p.m. Monday at Golden Funeral Home. Mrs. McCoy, age 90 and resident of Bastrop, LA, passed away Wednesday, November 19, 2014 in Poynette, Wisconsin. She was a retired LPN. She was a member of Canaan Baptist Church and a former member of Hughes Chapel Methodist Church. She was also a member of the Triad of Morehouse Parish. She is preceded in death by her husband, William "Bill" McCoy; sisters, Frances Wallace, Thelma Robinson, Margaret Figert; brothers, Larry Spriggs, Raymond Spriggs, and her Rat Terrier, Cindy Lou. Mrs. McCoy is survived by her two daughters, Sally Solberg and husband Larry, June Crumley and husband Troy; three grandsons, Bill Maddux and wife Araceli, Brian Maddux and wife Susan, Eric Solberg and wife Nicole; three great grandchildren, McKenzie, Madison, Christopher Grant; numerous nieces and nephews; and her beloved dog, Sugar Bear. Serving as pallbearers will be Spencer Herrington, Bobby Mayo, Ricky Hutson, and Jessie Watts. Honorary pallbearers are Steven Carter, D.R. Mayo, and Bud Anderson.
