Graveside funeral services for Mr. Nelson Anderson, 53, of Bastrop, LA are scheduled for 10 a.m. Friday, November 7, 2008 at Memorial Park Cemetery with Dr. Vic Carter officiating. Visitation will be held from 6 p.m. until 9 p.m. Thursday at Golden Funeral Home.
Mr. Anderson, a carpenter by trade, passed away Wednesday, November 5, 2008 at a local hospital in Monroe.
He is survived by his wife, Liz Anderson; daughters, Chelsea Newnum and husband Eric of Beekman, LA, Kelsey Anderson of Bastrop, LA; mother, Dorothy Williams of Bastrop, LA; sister, Jan Patterson and husband Jeff of West Monroe, LA; brothers, Roger Anderson of Bastrop, LA, Jeff Williams and wife Kathy of West Monroe, LA; sister in-law, Janice Anderson of Bastrop, LA and numerous nieces and nephews.
Mr. Anderson is preceded in death by his father, Millard Anderson; brother, Steve Anderson and step-father, Stanley Williams.
