Funeral services for Mr. Leonard Calloway Pratt, Jr., 85, of Bastrop, LA are scheduled for 11:00 AM Friday, December 5, 2008 at the chapel of Golden Funeral Home with Dr. L. H. McCollough officiating. Interment will follow in Memorial Park Cemetery under the direction of Golden Funeral Home.
Mr. Pratt, a member of the Baptist faith and an agent for more than 44 years with State Farm Insurance Company, passed away Wednesday, December 3, 2008 at Cherry Ridge Guest Care. He served his country as a Flight Officer in the Army Air Corp and also as Captain of the Civil Air Patrol.
Mr. Pratt is survived by his wife, Carolyn Moran Pratt; one brother, William Pratt of West Blockton, AL; a niece, Janice Blake and a nephew, Billy Pratt, both of West Blockton, AL.
He is preceded in death by his parents, Martha Cargile and Leonard Calloway Pratt, Sr. and a brother, Frances Pratt.
Visitation will be held Thursday, December 4, 2008 from 6:00 until 8:00 PM at Golden Funeral Home.
