Obituary of Inez Eppinette Hopkins Jones

Funeral services for Mrs. Inez Eppinette Hopkins Jones, age 95, are scheduled for 11 a.m. Wednesday, February 16, 2011 at Bonita Road Baptist Church with Rev. Marty Black and Rev. Rayburn McLarrin officiating. Interment will follow in Bonita Road Baptist Church Cemetery under the direction of Golden Funeral Home. Visitation will be held from 5 p.m. until 9 p.m. Tuesday, February 15, at Golden Funeral Home. Mrs. Jones, a resident of Bastrop, passed away Sunday, February 13, 2011 at Lagniappe Health Care. She was a member of Bonita Road Baptist Church for many years. Mrs. Inez Jones is survived by four daughters, Leota Dell Mann of West Monroe, Vivian Marie Estess of El Dorado, AR, Susan Rebecca Voss & husband Ray of El Dorado, AR, Anna Bell Tucker of Richfield, MN; four sons, John Luther Hopkins & wife Theresa of Bastrop, Lawrence Edward Hopkins & wife Juanita of Oak Grove, LA, Roy Stecile Jones & wife Deborah of Bastrop, LA, Roger Dale Jones & wife Betty of Bastrop, LA, twenty-three grandchildren, and numerous great grandchildren, nieces and nephews. Mrs. Jones is preceded in death by her husbands, L. W. Hopkins & Stecile Jones, three sons, Sammy Felix Jones, Robert Leon Jones, and Ben Hopkins, two daughters, Francis Hines, Evelyn Beasley. Serving as pallbearers will be Mrs. Inez Jones grandsons.
