Obituary of Jerry Fayne Bray

Jerry Fayne Bray, 67, was born on May 15, 1941 in Jones, Louisiana to George T. and Satirrah C. Bray, died on January 29, 2009 at St. Patrick's Hospital. He was preceded in death by his parents, Mr. and Mrs. George Bray; three brothers, Namon Bray, Damon Bray, Billy Bray; four sisters, Patricia Bray, Georgia Needham, Barbara Sebren and Martha Mayo. He is survived by his six children and spouses, Betha Bartholomew and her husband Bob of Toledo Bend, Timothy Bray and his wife Melissa of Albuquerque, New Mexico, Janice Manuel and her husband Hugh of Westlake, Louisiana, Kyla Jeffcoats and her husband Scottie of Westlake, Louisiana, Sabra Soileau and her husband David of Moss Bluff, Louisiana, Jerry Bray, Jr. and his wife Stephanie of Bastrop, Louisiana; and fourteen grandchildren. He is also survived by his two sisters, Ann Boykin and Theresa Zieminick; his three step-children, Sonia Sistrunk, Tonia Boyte, and Bobby Barnes. Jerry's funeral will be at 2:00 p.m. Monday, February 2, at Golden Funeral Home of Bastrop, La. Burial will follow in Bonita Cemetery. Visitation will be held at 10:00 a.m. - 2:00 p.m. Monday.
