Obituary of Clara Hayden

Funeral services for Mrs. Clara Hayden, 76, of Bastrop, LA are scheduled for 2 p.m. Wednesday, February 11, 2009 at Faith Baptist Church with Rev. Paul Carter officiating. Interment will follow in Memorial Park Cemetery under the direction of Golden Funeral Home. Visitation will be held from 5 p.m. until 8 p.m. Tuesday at Faith Baptist Church. Mrs. Hayden, a retired billing clerk with 17 years of service at International Paper Company, passed away Monday, February 9, 2009 at her residence. She was a devoted member of Faith Baptist Church where she was very active in serving her Lord. Mrs. Hayden is survived by her husband, Arthur L. Hayden; two daughters, Patricia Cockrell and husband Jack of Bastrop, LA, Cathy Myrick and husband Ronnie of Monroe, LA; son, Robert L. Hayden and wife Inez of Bastrop, LA; three brothers, James, Gary and Terry Carnagey all of Lavern, OK; six grandchildren, Robert Hayden, Jr., James E. Hayden and wife Cynthia, Michael Echols, Josh Johnson, Megan Meador, Cole Johnson; two great grandchildren, Hollie Rice and husband Brock, Gavyn Hayden and great great granddaughter, Piper Rice. She is preceded in death by her father, William Carnagey and mother, Veta Hart. Serving as pallbearers are: Robert L. Hayden, James Hayden, Michael Echols, Josh Johnson, Cole Johnson and Robert W. Hayden. Memorial contributions may be made to Faith Baptist Church.
