Obituary of Leslie Scott Norman

Funeral services for Mr. Leslie Scott Norman, age 45, are scheduled for 2 p.m. Tuesday, March 24, 2009 at the chapel of Golden Funeral Home with Rev. Douglas Edwards officiating. Interment will follow in Tillou Cemetery. Visitation will be held Monday, March 23, 2009 at Golden Funeral Home from 6-8 p.m. Mr. Norman, a construction worker, passed away Friday, March 20, 2009. He attended Bonita Road Assembly of God. He is preceded in death by his mother, Shirley Norman and brother, Randall Norman. He is survived by his father, Douglas Norman and wife Bessie of Bastrop; sister, Teresa Emmons and husband Johnny of Natchitoches, LA; brother, Gerald Norman of Dallas, TX; and nephew, Keith Norman of Natchitoches, LA. John Tom Duncan, Johnny Emmons, Al Rea, Gary Warner, Billy Riles, and Bobby Riles will serve as pallbearers. Charlie Coody and Charlie Wilson will be honorary pallbearers.
