Obituary of Charlotte Williams

Funeral services for Ms. Charlotte Ann Williams, 63, of Bastrop, LA are scheduled for 2 p.m. Thursday, May 7, 2009 at the chapel of Golden Funeral Home with Rev. John Kimball and Rev. Allan Eppinette officiating. Interment will follow in Memorial Park Cemetery. Ms. Williams, a retiree of Columbia Chemical Company and member of Memorial Methodist Church, passed away Monday, May 4, 2009 at Glenwood Regional Medical Center. She is survived by her parents, Buddy and Cebelle P. Williams; sister, Debbie Taylor and husband Rick of Bastrop, LA; brother, Larry Williams and wife Debbie of Mer Rouge, LA; nephews, Chris Williams, Mark Middlebrooks and wife Lisa, Timothy Williams and wife Karen; step nephews, Josh McGowen and wife Emma, Chris McGowen and wife Amy; great nephews and nieces, Jacob Pruitt, Hayden Pollock, Gracie McGowen, Addison Williams, Mallory Williams, Jamie McGowen, Jonathan McGowen, Makayla Spear; special friend, William "Bill" Richard and cats, Kitty and Junior. Ms. Williams is preceded in death by nieces and nephew, Renee Williams Spear, Alicia Roberts and Clint Roberts. Pallbearers will be Steve Middlebrooks, Gerald Wallace, Timothy Williams, David Sistrunk, Wayne Warner and Melvin Clanton. Visitation will be held Wednesday, May 6, 2009 from 5 p.m. until 8 p.m. at Golden Funeral Home.
