Funeral services for Oralee Hughes Wyatt, age 92, are scheduled for 2p.m. Saturday, Sept. 4, 2004, at the chapel of Golden Funeral Home with Waymon Swain officiating. Interment will follow in Memorial Park Cemetery. Mrs. Wyatt, a resident of Bastrop, died September 1, 2004, at Morehouse General Hospital. She was a member of Central Church of Christ. Visitation will be Friday from 5-9 at Goldens.
Mrs. Wyatt is survived by three daughters, Virgie Phillips & husband Barney, Shirley Goodwin & husband Leo, and Barbara Burke & husband Woodrow, all of Bastrop; one sister, Willow Dean Wyatt of Mer Rouge; 12 grandchildren; 23 great grandchildren; and 12 great great grandchildren.
She is preceded in death by her husband, Fred William Wyatt and her son, Robert Wyatt.
Pallbearers will be Jerry McDonald, Mike Williams, Brian White, Tanny Tully, Kenneth Looney, and Coleman Spann.
Honorary pallbearer will be Dr. Robert Lyon.
