Funeral services for Virginia F. Freeland, age 81, of Bastrop, LA are scheduled for 2 p.m. Sunday, April 30, 2006 at Golden Funeral Home Chapel with Father John Kennedy officiating. Interment will follow in MaGaha Cemetery.
Ms. Freeland, a former employee of International Paper Co. and member of Sacred Heart Catholic Church, passed away Thursday April 27, 2006 at St. Francis North Hospital.
She is survived by two sisters, Geneva Anders and her husband Arnold of Oak Grove, LA, Mary Sanders and her husband Charles of Scott, LA and several nieces and nephews.
Ms. Freeland is preceded in death by her parents, Gary and Lorna Freeland.
Visitation will be Saturday April 29, 2006 from 5 p.m. until 9 p.m. at Goldens.
