Obituary of Catherine M. Ford

Graveside funeral services for Mrs. Catherine M. Freeland Ford, 92, of Hot Springs, AR, Ruston, LA, and formerly of Bastrop are scheduled for 11 AM Saturday, August 8, 2009 at Memorial Park Cemetery with Rev. Bill Hines officiating under the direction of Golden Funeral Home. Mrs. Ford passed away Wednesday, August 5, 2009 at Princeton Place in Ruston, LA. She was employed at Morehouse Freezer Locker, was the owner of the Famous Fabric Shop and was also employed at Morehouse General Hospital in the Insurance Department. Mrs. Ford is preceded in death by husbands, Rance Freeland and Billy Ford; three sisters, Polly Sullivan, Zelma Carter, Tommie Carter; five brothers, Garland Wall, James Wall, Carroll Wall, Travis Smith and Little Travis Smith. She is survived by two sisters, Gladys Duncan of Lee's Summit, MO, Jimmie Robbins of Onalaska, TX; two brothers, William G. Wall of Denver, CO and Roy Wall of Ruston, LA. Visitation will be held Saturday, August 8, 2009 from 9 AM until 10 AM at Golden Funeral Home.
