Graveside funeral services for Mrs. Ruth C. Miller, age 84, are scheduled for 2 p.m. Friday, September 18, 2009 at New Forest Cemetery in Forest, LA under the direction of Golden Funeral Home, Bastrop, LA. Rev. Mickey Bounds will officiate the service. Mrs. Miller, a homemaker and resident of Epps, LA passed away Wednesday, September 16, 2009 at Deerfield Nursing Home in Delhi, LA. She was a member of Epps Baptist Church.
Mrs. Miller is preceded in death by her husband, W.E. "Tot" Miller and a daughter, Gwendolyn.
She is survived by her daughter, Rise Worsley and husband Herman of Delhi, LA; brother, Ben Cockerham and wife Bonnie of Jourdanton, TX; five grandchildren, Sara Worsley Enfinger, Billy Herman Worsley, Jr., Brenton J. Fallin, Jared Hoosier, and Tamara Guice; and ten great grandchildren, Hayden Hall Enfinger, Avery Scott Enfinger, Conner Paul Watson, Jacob Chaney Worsley, Emma Laures Worsley, Ella Elizabeth Worsley, Ambher Bradford, Lindsey Bradford, Kristyannah Powell, and Lillian Alayna Dustin-Hoosier.
Memorial contributions may be made to the Epps Baptist Church Choir.
