Funeral services for Mr. Lloyd Daniel Bullock, age 84, are scheduled for 2 p.m. Thursday, October 8, 2009 at the chapel of Golden Funeral Home. Interment will follow in Christ Church Cemetery. Visitation will be held Thursday from 12 noon until 2 p.m. at Golden Funeral Home.
Mr. Bullock, a retired oil field employee, passed away Tuesday, October 6, 2009 at St. Francis Medical Center. He was a resident of Bastrop, U.S. Navy veteran of World War II, and a member of the American Legion.
Mr. Bullock is preceded in death by his wife, Gracie Frost Bullock; brother, Elbert Bullock; and parents, Cassie & Elizabeth Bullock.
He is survived by his son, Marvin D. Bullock & wife Frances of Elkhart, TX; sister, Mattie Jean Bullock Roberts of Tulsa, OK; brother, Willie R. Bullock & wife Zella of New Iberia, LA; grandchildren, Dan Bullock and Jody Bullock; and several nieces and nephews.
